Warranty Terms and Conditions
At Red Roads, we put a lot of effort into making products that are fit for fair use. We want to be clear on your rights should you feel there is a warranty claim.
Red Roads Camping & Outdoor, at its discretion, will repair, replace or refund any product that has failed due to a defect in manufacturing, which falls within a 12 month period from the date of purchase. Valid proof of purchase must be provided and applies to the original purchaser only.
The benefits of this warranty are in addition to guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The warranty is void if the product has been modified or altered, has been subjected misuse or abuse, or used for purposes not intended. It does not cover fair wear and tear, extreme weather and other acts of nature, incorrect use or lack of maintenance. It does not cover damage caused by bug/insect/animals or children, mould or rotting, zipper damage through excessive force or lack of maintenance.
We will repair, or at our option, replace free of charge, any parts necessary to correct materials or workmanship, or replace the entire product during the period of warranty.
If the claim is not deemed a warranty, we will quote for any repair, which will be then carried out on acceptance of quotation.

Warranties can be confusing, so ideally if you have an issue, speak to us - we are reasonable humans too!
