FAQ - Shipping
Many of our products are bulky, so we cannot avoid shipping costs, which can be rather expensive especially to our friends in regional areas. This is out of our control and whilst we wish we could deliver them personally to each and every one of you, this is not possible. Running a small business also, it's not viable for us to cover the cost of shipping, so in advance, we thank you for you your support and understanding.
Please note that we ship by default with an Authority to Leave, sending to business addresses where possible so we know that someone will take collection. Sometimes we will require signature on delivery at our discretion.
Usually you can expect that we will ship within a few days of receiving and confirming your order.
We ship with various companies (but mostly Australia Post) whose delivery times can vary greatly especially as Australia's freight system adapts to its new normal after the events of 2020 - alas, we cannot control the times once the goods have left, they are in the hands of the shipper.
