Shipping Info

As December and Christmas draws near, Mother Nature has decided to be part of the festivities.

Unfortunately the Flooding and Droughts on the East Coast have severely impacted freight turnarounds in both directions.

Currently the Rail network is down, and both Trucks and Planes overloaded trying to cope with the back log (not to mention soaring fuel prices).

Due to this, we anticipate major transit time delays for our online orders.

Whilst we can control our processing time of online orders, they are packed and booked within 24 hours, we can not control the transit time once the package is with Australia Post.

If your order is required before Christmas:

We suggest you check in with Australia Post as they are updating their website regularly, to see what the expected transit time will be from us to you, before placing your order.

As much as we hope all orders will arrive in time, history and experience suggests this is not always the case, so please factor this in when placing your order.

Ultimately our thoughts are with our friends on the East Coast who have been directly affected by these major weather extremes.

Please note that we ship by default with an Authority to Leave, sending to business addresses where possible so we know that someone will take collection. Sometimes we will require signature on delivery at our discretion.

Usually we ship within 1-2 business days of receiving and confirming your order.

We ship with both Australia Post and TNT and delivery times can vary greatly especially as Australia's freight system adapts to it's new normal - we cannot control the times unfortunately. Once the goods have left, they are in the hands of the shipper.

Quite often, larger items, which otherwise would be cost prohibitive due to the bulk and weight, are subsidised by us, so we are working with you believe it or not!!

Alas, due to a bad run of luck, we no longer send to Parcel Lockers.
